Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to request a return for purchased products within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must:

• Send a request via email to info@studiovaleria.ch
• Provide the order number
• Specify the reason for the return
• Attach clear photos of the product
• Submit the request within 14 days of delivery

Requests received after this deadline cannot be accepted.

Conditions for Accepting Returns

Returns will only be accepted if:

• The product is intact
• The product is unused
• The product is still sealed
• The original packaging is intact
• The product has not been opened

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns of opened or used products are not accepted.

Return Procedure

Once the email request is received:

1. Studio Valeria will assess the request for compliance.
2. Upon approval, instructions for shipping the return will be provided.
3. The customer must ship the product within 7 days of approval.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

Once the product has been received and verified, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Studio Valeria reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product does not meet the conditions stated above.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the event that the customer receives a product that is:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect relative to the order

A report must be sent within 48 hours of receipt to info@studiovaleria.ch, attaching:

• The order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging

In these cases, shipping costs will be covered by Studio Valeria.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Opened or used products
• Personalized products
• Gift cards
• Services already rendered
